Anthony Falzone, world Health Organization argued the case for RDR Books, said he had not yet seen the opinion and could not yet comment. RDR publisher Roger Rapoport did not return a telephone message quest comment.

Miley Cyrus - Cyrus Grows Up On New Album
Teen star MILEY CYRUS has vowed her new album will be a "grown-up" departure from her role on hit Disney TV series HANNAH MONTANA.
The 15-year-old singer sparked controversy for acting much older than her age when she was snapped topless, wearing just a bedsheet, by celebrity photographer Annie Leibowitz for the June (08) issue of Vanity Fair magazine.
But the photo scandal hasn't stopped the teenager from embarking on a more adult music release with her forthcoming album, Breakout - because she wants to be taken more seriously as a songwriter.
She says, "I wrote all the songs, except two. My last (record) was more just meeting me, finding out who I am, and here, it's more getting in depth of what's been going on in my life in the past year."
Cyrus also adds she was able to "escape" by composing the lyrics to much of the album herself, choosing to do so because "no matter how long what I'm doing here lasts, I want to be a songwriter for the rest of my life".
Cyrus' new LP is scheduled for release in July (08) and will serve as a follow-up to her 2007 album, Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus.

Harrison Ford On Fatherhood at 65
Harrison Ford has opened up about being a father again in his sixties, telling Readers Digest that his partner, Calista Flockhart, blessed him by bringing “a child back into my home”.
Being a parent again has "made me just a bit less self-centered", the ‘Indiana Jones’ star tells the May issue of Readers Digest.
"She's brought a child back into my home," Ford says of Flockhart, his girlfriend of six years, and her son, Liam, who she adopted in 2001.
"My youngest, other than Liam, is 17. It's a wonderful opportunity to be part of a child's growing up, which is always an endless springtime. You see the blossoming and the growing and the nurturing and the payoff."
Ford, 65, says Flockhart, 43, is "the best in the world” when it comes to parenting.
“She's a mother by choice – she adopted Liam before we met, as a single parent, which is an awesome responsibility to take. She's devoted herself to Liam and has done a really wonderful job raising him. I'm happy to now have a part of the job," he said.
Ford also has four older children – Benjamin, 40, and Willard, 39, his two sons with first wife Mary Marquard; and Malcolm, 21, and Georgia, 17, with his second wife, ‘E.T.’ screenwriter Melissa Mathison.

Blade Runner star enters rehab
Actress Sean Young has entered rehab for alcohol abuse following an outburst in which she was heckling from the audience at the Directors Guild of America awards.
The 48-year-old actress was escorted from the ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Los Angeles after heckling director Julian Schnabel, who was nominated for his film 'The Diving Bell and the Butterfly'.
A statement from Insignia PR said that the actress "voluntarily admitted herself...for treatment related to alcoholism".
The statement added: "It is understood that Young has struggled against the disease for many years."
Young rose to fame following her performance in Ridley Scott's 'Blade Runner' and a couple of years later she played Michael Douglas' wife in 'Wall Street'.
She'll return to the big screen opposite Billy Zane in the drama 'The Man Who Came Back' and alongside Juliet Landau in the thriller 'Darkness Visible'.
